What does Piggi stand for?
The name 'Piggi' came from the nickname my Mum had for my pigtails when I was growing up. I wore pigtails for ages!
How does the rewards program work?
Join my reward program and earn Piggi Points on every purchase!
A pop up box will appear in the bottom right of the website, click on it and start earning points to redeem for discounts.

How do I know my piece is from an authentic scarf?
The scarves I source are pre-loved from collections around the world. I am an expert on authenticating designer scarves and if there is the slightest doubt about its origin I will not use it. You can be assured that all pieces are 100% the real deal.
How do I care for my piece?
I highly recommend just spot cleaning - I tend to use a baby wipe on any spots and then lightly go over with a dab on cold water on a clean cloth. The scarves are generally hand silk screen printed so colours will run, especially dark and bright colours so avoid washing if possible. However if you need to wash your scrunchie, do so in very cold water to try and reduce colour run and do not leave to soak.

Warranty & Repair
All our products are subject to quality control.
Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.
The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.
An extended warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

A refund request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
